Production Associate (Assembly Line)

Position Overview

Blaze Barrier is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will work on a production line assembling, inspecting, and packaging Blaze Barrier products while ensuring they meet strict quality and safety standards. Responsible for following safety procedures, reading instructions, maintaining equipment, and meeting production quotas efficiently. Key skills include manual dexterity, attention to detail, and stamina. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a team-oriented production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly: Assembling, fastening, and installing components to build finished products.
• Quality Control: Inspecting parts and completed products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Safety & Maintenance: Following all safety regulations (PPE) and keeping work areas clean.
• Workflow Efficiency: Working at a steady pace to meet production reports and, if necessary, operating, loading, and unloading machinery.
