Job Title: Production Associates (Assembly Line Workers)

Shifts: Full & Part Time, Mon-Fri between 7am-6pm 
Pay: $18-$20/hr

Job Description

Operate on a production line to assemble, inspect, and package products according to strict specifications and quality standards. Responsible for following safety procedures, reading instructions, maintaining equipment, and meeting production quotas efficiently. Key skills include manual dexterity, attention to detail, and stamina.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembly: Assembling, fastening, and installing components to build finished products.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting parts and completed products for defects to ensure they meet standards.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Following all safety regulations (PPE) and keeping work areas clean.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Working at a steady pace to meet production goals and reporting (or troubleshooting) any issues.
  • Documentation: Filling out production reports and, if necessary, operating, loading, and unloading machinery. 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small parts or tools.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to work assigned shifts.
