Blaze Barrier Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase and support of Blaze Barrier. Please read the following carefully regarding our return and refund process, which has been updated to align with our preorder terms and manufacturing timeline.

1. Preorder Cancellation
- You may cancel your preorder before October 11, 2024 for a full refund. 

2. Returns on Delivered Products
Once your Blaze Barrier product has been shipped and delivered, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@blaze-barrier.com. Returns must be sent with shipping charges pre-paid. Address information will be provided during the return authorization process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges
To exchange a product, please return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

6. European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with our other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blaze-barrier.com.
